For me, the history is key. If you ask the right questions, you get the right answers — and 90% of the work is done. We’ll take time to learn what happened, how it’s progressed, and how it affects your life.
The Examination
The exam confirms what we suspect and rules out anything untoward. We’ll test joints, muscles, tendons, and nerves, explaining each step so you know why it matters. If something might feel uncomfortable, you’ll be told first.
Wrapping Things Up
By the end of the visit, you will:
- Know exactly what’s going on
- Understand why it’s happened
- Leave with a clear, step‑by‑step plan with milestones to track progress
You’ll also get simple homework — easy exercises or habits that support progress between sessions and help fast‑track results.
