The exam confirms what we suspect and rules out anything untoward. We’ll test joints, muscles, tendons, and nerves, explaining each step so you know why it matters. If something might feel uncomfortable, you’ll be told first.

By the end of the visit, you will:

  • Understand why it’s happened
  • Leave with a clear, step‑by‑step plan with milestones to track progress

You’ll also get simple homework — easy exercises or habits that support progress between sessions and help fast‑track results.
