Nia-Sophie is a fully qualified chiropractor and proud member of the British Chiropractic Association — but her journey into chiropractic care started long before the degree.
Growing up with scoliosis, Nia-Sophie experienced daily, persistent pain that often made even the simplest activities feel like a challenge. Regular visits to a chiropractor didn’t just ease the discomfort — they opened her eyes to the incredible ways the body can heal when given the right support. That early experience planted a seed of curiosity that grew into a true passion for understanding how the body functions, and more importantly, how to help others feel better in their own skin.
After earning her Master of Chiropractic degree in 2023, Nia-Sophie developed a special interest in two commonly overlooked issues: headaches and TMJ (jaw) disorders. These are conditions that can deeply affect daily life but are often misunderstood or brushed aside — and she’s made it her mission to bring clarity, comfort, and real solutions to those who suffer from them.
Known for her empathetic nature and hands-on, personalised approach, Nia-Sophie is passionate about helping people take back control of their health — one adjustment at a time.
