+ All cancellations with over 24 hours notice may be
rescheduled at no fee
+ First notice of cancellation, with less than 24 hours
notice, may be rescheduled with no fee
+ Second notice of cancellation, with less than 24 hours
notice, will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled
appointment fee.
+ Any further cancellations, with less than 24 hours
notice, will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled
appointment fee.
